The Men's Lacrosse Equipment Required
Lacrosse is a team sport, which owes its origins to the early Native Americans. The sport was used to develop strong, young warrior, preparing for future battles with other tribes. Lacrosse is from the early 12th Century and was called various names from various tribes. The earliest known documentation of lacrosse was Jesuit missionary Jean de Brebeuf in the early 1600th The sport was later used by William George Beers in the mid-1800 is updated.
There are ten players on a lacrosse team and each player one floor officially as "Crosse" – more commonly called lacrosse shaft or handle. Lacrosse shoulder pads are similar to shoulder pads worn in football, except that more easily and have an extension that runs below the biceps for extra protection. The lacrosse Gloves should be worn by the players changed and have a perfect fit. The fit of gloves is important because they help to prevent hand injuries. Tunnels and athletic supporters are also required in lacrosse.
Men's Lacrosse in a rubber ball is used, weighs about five ounces and is about eight inches in diameter. The goal is six feet tall and six feet wide.
